A lot of things were missed in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. We’re sure all of us could come up with 100 things pretty quickly that we missed last year.

But one majorly thing missed in Hogansville was the annual Hummingbird Festival.

We were so thankful to see it return this year with thousands of people attending. The festival is a local must-do, something the city greatly benefits from. It’s also great fun for the entire family, whether you are looking for a unique gift or just want to spend some time outdoors.

We thank everyone who has a role in planning the festival each year. The planning for the next one always starts as soon as the festival ends each year. It feels like it grows almost every year.

We were glad to see it back in 2021.
