Mrs. Annie Lee Smith Potts passed away Monday at WellStar Hospice.

She was born March 3, 1936, in Chambers County, Alabama to the late Allen and Mae Willie Smith.

She united with Mt. Beulah Baptist Church; and was previously employed by Milliekn and Clark Holder.

Survivors include her son, Lamar (Donna) Askew; and daughter, Joann Askew, all of LaGrange, Georgia; daughter-in-law, Jimmy Lou Potts; six grandchildren; brother, Gurson Smith; sisters:  Geneva Hurston and Bobbie Jean Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, and relatives. The Service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Meadoway Gardens Cemetery.   

The excellent care of Mrs. Potts is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
