Larry Cohen Rogers, 76, of LaGrange, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021, at Wellstar West Georgia Hospice. Larry was born Feb. 2, 1945, in Carrollton, Georgia, son of the late Cohen Rogers and Felicia Buchanan Rogers. He retired from UPS as a Regional Sales Representative. Larry was a fun-loving, outgoing person with a great sense of humor. He was a regular at Towne Fitness until his health began to decline. Larry went every day and worked out with “the boys” and then they would all go to lunch together. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, Ray and May Rogers; and his son, Mark Rogers.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Barbara C. Duckworth Rogers; brother, Kenny (Linda) Rogers; daughter, Kristy Rogers; sister-in-law, Dawn Hunt; several nieces, other relatives and many friends.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021, at the Broad Street Church of Christ. The family will receive friends immediately following at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to West Georgia Hospice or the charity of your choice in memory of Larry C. Rogers.
