Mr. Johnny Lee Thompson Hodge passed away Sunday. The eldest son of the late J. T. Hodge and Lois Thompson Hodge. Born Jan. 31, 1947, and reared in the Bell Line Community of LaGrange, Georgia.

He was brought up in the Holiness Church and baptized by Pastor Poythress of True Holiness Church on Dix Street. Johnny Lee was educated in Troup County Schools, Jones Street Elementary School and Georgia Academy for the blind in Macon, Georgia. Johnny Lee loved music and was a drummer and cymbals player and loved other musical instruments.

Survivors include his aunts:  Mrs. Carrie T. (Jesse) Hightower and Mrs. Joyce T. Tucker, both of LaGrange; and a host of other family and friends; and special friend and caregiver, Ms. Sandra Brewer.

The Service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Southview Cemetery. The excellent care of Mr. Hodge is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
