Carolyn Culberson, 71, and born Dec. 17, 1950, died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2022, at Wellstar West Georgia Hospice.

Memorial services for Carolyn Culberson will be held on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022, at 1 p.m. at West Georgia Mortuary. 

Survivors include her daughter, Brita Parkmond, son, Douglas Avery, Jr. and several other relatives and friends.

West Georgia Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
