Rebecca Louise Turner, 79, of West Point, Georgia, passed away on Feb. 4, 2022. Family will visit with friends on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022, at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary from 2-3 p.m. with a Memorial Service following at 3 p.m. in the Chapel with burial following at Parkhill Cemetery in Columbus, Georgia.

Rebecca was born on April 17, 1942, in Phenix City, Alabama. In 1960, she graduated from Jordan High School in Columbus, Georgia. She worked in the office and retired from Fieldcrest-Cannon Mills in Columbus, Georgia. Rebecca loved family, reading and needlework. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Franklin Turner; father, Woodrow Wilson; and mother, Alice DeLoach Paul.

Survivors include her son, Timothy Charles Turner of West Point, Georgia; brother Donnis Wilson Paul (Alexis) of West Point, Georgia; nephew, Christopher Paul (Kara) of LaGrange, Georgia, great-nephew, Connor Resse Paul of LaGrange, Georgia, great-neices: Emma Grace Paul and Addison Kate Paul of LaGrange, Georgia.
