Mr. Jordan Demarkus Battle passed away Saturday.

He was born Sept. 3, 1991 to Shantell L. Battle and David Moore in LaGrange, Georgia.

He united with New Community Church,  graduated from LaGrange High School, attended Gordon State and Columbus State, and served in the US Army Reserve.

“JB” was currently a Barber at MasterKlips.

Survivors include his son, Jayden Jamal Battle; parents:  Shantell L. Battle and David (Tamara) G. Moore; siblings:  Dajhia Castellanos, Lucy Carter and Zydarious Brewer; grandparents: George (Linda) Tatum; aunts and uncles:  Yulander (Dada Shina) Shosan, Rick Moore, Jeff Moore, John Moore (LaShania Crisp), Rodriques (Suiwava) Hart, Ashley Rivera, Emily Tatum-Miles, Guwanda Tatum, Tomekia Tatum; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family  will receive friends on Thursday from 3-5 p.m.

The Service will be Friday at 3 p.m. Both services will take place at Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
