Theresa Baker Lovvorn, 69, of LaGrange, Georgia, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022. She was born on May 24, 1952, to Frances Wilson Baker and the late Lewis Baker in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Horace Gary Lovvorn.

Survivors include her children, Stacy (Norma), Greg (Serina), Al (Kirstin), Jennifer, David (Melanie); grandchildren and great-grandchildren; mother, Mary Frances Baker; brother, Lee Baker Jr.; sisters, Gail Daniel (Mike) and Ann Aultman (Royce); nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Theresa’s Christian faith was the foundation of her life. Her love of the Bible and strong faith in Jesus is her greatest example and legacy. She was a longtime member of Faith Baptist Church where she was a faithful servant and more recently Freedom Baptist Church. Theresa was a devoted and loving wife of 43 years to Gary. She was a wonderful mother and beloved MawMaw. Theresa enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Theresa owned and operated ProWheels in LaGrange for 36 years. Theresa will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family will have visitation from 1-2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen-Myhand. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Farh and Brother Randy Atkins officiating.
