It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Philips, our loving and devoted wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend to all whose lives she touched.

She left this life and passed on to God’s Grace on Feb. 16, 2022. She was 70 years old.

She is survived by her husband Donald Philips Jr. and her beloved children Kim (Richard) David, Patricia (Stacey) Mezenen, James (Chyrie) Bruce and Donald (Laura) Philips, III. She was also mom to all their friends, a cherished grandmother of 18, beloved great-grandmother of 50 and Meme to every child that crossed her doorstep. She will be missed by all those who loved her.
