Mr. Marvin Ogletree passed away Tuesday.

He was born June 11, 1952, to the late Maynard Ogletree Sr. and Katie Ruth Roberts Ogletree in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia.

Marvin East Depot High School, served in the US Army and was previously employed by Visqueen.

Survivors include his partner, Mary Weaver, Tuskegee, Alabama; daughter, Lawanda Caprice Johnson; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters:  Ruby Ogletree Dallas, Atlanta, Georgia; and Mattie Will (Raymond) Moss, LaGrange, Georgia; one brother, Maynard Ogletree, Jr., LaGrange, Georgia; one aunt, Dorothy (Tommy) Hargrove, Raleigh, North Carolina; three nieces, two nephews, and a host of cousins and friends.

The Service will be Friday at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home. The excellent care of Mr. Ogeltree is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
