1947 – 2022

Mr. Render Crowder, Jr. passed away Tuesday.

He was born on Jan.30, 1947, the oldest son of the late Render and Essie Crowder.

He was educated in the Meriwether County School System; served in the US Army and retired from CSX Railroad.

Render joined Trinity CME Church.

Survivors include his wife, Jeannette Crowder; son, Reginald (Ethelyn) Crowder; two grandchildren; siblings:  Bettye (Cornelius) Hunt, Elaine (Sonny) Lyons, Dewey Crowder, Sherell Parks, Judy (Alvin) Johnson, Brenda Moreland, Kenneth (Brenda) Lakes, Alexander (Vickie) Lakes, Veronica (Timothy) Brown; sisters-in-law:  Amy Davis, Pauline Pittman, Eulene Beavens; and a host of nieces and nephews. The Service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Restlawn Memory Gardens. The excellent care of Mr. Crowder is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
