The Pay It Forward 2K15 Inc Community-Wide Easter egg hunt and Fun Day on Saturday, was a huge success, said the organization’s president, Melissa Neal.

During the three-hour event, over 14,000 plastic eggs were “hidden” as well as some real eggs.

“It was definitely a fun day for the community kids who ate tons of sugar, ran from one activity to another, laughed, played, took lots of pics, hunted eggs and won prizes even if it was for a short period of time,” Neal said.

The Community-Wide Easter Egg Hunt and Fun Day was hosted by Neal and Theron Truitt with TRU Enterprise.

Acting as donors for the event were County Commissioner Dr. Jimmy McCamey, Jr., Kenny McCamey, who attended in memory of the late city councilmember LeGree McCamey, Troup -Coweta Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta  President Rose Alford, Falandria Maddox, owner of The Tax Group, Zion Hill Baptist Church on Bartley Road, Leete Hill United Methodist Church, Zsa Zsa Heard with the LaGrange Housing Authority and many others.
