Mrs. Mary L. Dean Broughton, of Carrollton, Georgia, formerly of LaGrange, Georgia, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Tanner Memorial Hospital, Carrollton.

Survivors include her children: Chantrice (John) Ellison, LaGrange, Georgia, Phyllis Broughton, Carrollton, Georgia and  Gregory Broughton, Atlanta, Georgia; one granddaughter; siblings: Bettye Patterson, Catherine Robinson, Jimmy (Janice) Dean, A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends

Visitation will be Friday at Willie A. Watkins Funeral Chapel 602 Newnan Road, Carrollton GA 30117 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. EST; the Funeral Service will be Saturday May 7, 2022, at 2 p.m. at Mt Zion Baptist Church, 212 Mt. Zion Blvd., Carrollton, Georgia, 30117.
