Ms. Elizabeth “Meat” Reed White passed away Thurs.

She was born Aug. 1, 1956, in West Point, Georgia to the late Ms. Flora Lee Reed Rome.

 She was the oldest of six children.

She graduated from Troup High School, Class of 1975.; United with Bethlehem Temple; and was previously employed by Dawson Street School.

Survivors include two sons:  Mr. Darrian Reed and Elder Keith Reed; her daughter-in-love, Naomi Reed; three granddaughters; sisters:  Fannie (Augustus) Liburd, Brooklyn, NY; and Kathy Rome, LaGrange, Georgia; brother, Leon Rome, LaGrange, Georgia; uncle, George Reed; aunt, Sherry Potts, both of Lanett, Alabama; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, Church Family, and friends whom she loved deeply.

The Service will be Wed. at 1 P.M. at New Macedonia Baptist Church.

The excellent care of Mrs. White is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
