Mr. Gary Dickson Adams, (74), of LaGrange, passed away on Jan. 6, 2023.  

Mr. Adams was born on Aug. 8, 1948, in Charlotte, North Carolina to the late Augustus Calvin Adams and Lucille Fesperman Adams. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Judy Wells Adams. 

He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was an Auto Technician by trade.

Survivors include his wife, Anita “Susie” Adams; sons, Gary Derek Adams and James Christopher Adams (Kami); brothers, Jeffrey Holms (Julie) and Alan Adams (Gail); grandchildren, Addison Adams, Christopher Shuford Adams, Elizabeth Adams and Olivia Adams; extended family.

Services for Mr. Adams will be held on Monday, Jan. 9, 2023, at 1 P.M. at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand Chapel with Pastor Anthony Hovey officiating. 

Interment will follow at the Woodbury Cemetery in Woodbury Georgia.  

Family will receive friends on Monday beginning at Noon at the funeral home.
