Betty Ann Kirkpatrick, (71), of Roanoke, Alabama passed away on Jan. 7, 2023, in  Gainesville, Georgia.

Ann was born in Fulton County, Georgia on Sept. 3, 1951 , to the late Fred Birdsong and Joyce Allen Birdsong. 

She graduated from Lakeshore High School in 1969. She attended LaGrange College. 

Ann was a retired Echocardiogram/Ultrasound Technician.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Joyce Birdsong, and her great-grandson, Silas Kirkpatrick.

Ann is survived by sons Steven Kirkpatrick of LaGrange, Georgia and Adam (Carmen) Kirkpatrick of Gainesville, Georgia; her grandchildren Anna Kirkpatrick Pearce of LaGrange, Georgia; Jessica Kirkpatrick of Franklin, Georgia; Joshua Kirkpatrick, Cecilia Kirkpatrick, Rebecca Kirkpatrick and Jacob Kirkpatrick of Dallas, Georgia; her sister Kathy (Gordon) Stephens of Loganville, Georgia; her brother David (Gene) Birdsong of Lawrenceville, Georgia; three nieces, one nephew and her cousins.

The family will have a private memorial service in Gainesville, Georgia on Jan. 16, 2023.
