The LaGrange Police Department is investigating a snatch-and-grab burglarized at the Treasure Box inside the LaGrange Mall.

LPD Lt. Robert Kirby said that no weapons were involved and no one was hurt during the incident.

The suspects reportedly grabbed merchandise from inside the jewelry store and fled the scene. The item(s) that were stolen have not been identified by police at this time.

Police stopped a vehicle with one suspect near the Chipotle restaurant near the mall. A second suspect is being searched in the woods behind the mall.
