Mr. Grover Lee Cox passed away Tuesday at WellStar WG Hospice in LaGrange.

He was born on Aug. 4, 1935, to the late Mr. Marvin and Mrs. Irene cox.

He united with Friendship Baptist Church where he was ordained a Deacon.

Grover was very industrious; he was a roofer by trade. His work stood out for itself in such a way that he often had more calls than he could fill. He was highly respected by the people for whom he worked.

Survivors include his sons:  Terry L. Cox, LaGrange, Georgia; Grover (Andrea) Cox, Jr., Fayetteville, Georgia; six grandchildren; an array of great grandchildren; sisters:  Catherine Johnson, Ethel (Rev. John) Tompkins, Marian Byrd, all of LaGrange; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

The Service will be Monday at 11 A.M. at Friendship Baptist Church. 

The excellent care of Mr. Cox is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
