Mr. Jimmy A. Ledford, 82, of Hogansville, passed away Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023, at his home.

Mr. Ledford was born March 5, 1940, in Meriwether County, son of the late Johnny G. Ledford and Minnie Jewel Railey Ledford. 

A resident of Hogansville since 1987, he was a member of First Baptist Church of Hogansville and retired from William L. Bonnell Company in Newnan after 45 years of service. 

He enjoyed fishing, maintaining his yard and home, and working in his shop.

Survivors include his wife, Jo Ellen Ledford of Hogansville; sons, Ricky and Angel Ledford of Greenville, Mark and Angie Ledford of Williamson; daughters, Angel and Jeffrey Fowler of Warm Springs, Carlene and Scott Alloway of Woodbury; eight grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.

The funeral service was conducted at 11 A.M., Monday, Feb. 13, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville.

Pastor Greg Morris and Pastor Caleb Nicholson officiated and interment was in Myrtle Hill Cemetery.
