The Troup girls soccer team put together its most complete performance of the season in a narrow 2-0 loss to Central Carrollton on Friday.

It has been a rough start to the season for the Tigers, who had been mercy ruled in every game coming into Friday. 

They were able to fight and show character despite letting in a goal just before the end of the first half that could have had shoulders slumped. 

The Tigers rallied and created more chances than they have all season but could not find the back of the net for the first time this season. 

Troup fell to 0-4 on the year and will be back in action on Tuesday against Griffin at Callaway Stadium.
