Ms. Latonica Ramona Johnson passed away Monday at Wellstar Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain in Marietta, Georgia.

She was born Aug. 13, 1972, to the late Ruben Lee Johnson and Callie Mae Cofield Johnson in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia.

She united with St. Paul Baptist Church and graduated from LaGrange High School.

Tonya was previously employed by Gardner Newman Middle School and the Senior Citizens Center.

Survivors include her companion, David Garmany; siblings:  Shirley Denise (William) Smith, Calvin Johnson, Evelyn Jennings, and Sheena Todd; brother-in-law, Jerome Edmondson; an array of nieces and nephews; great nieces, great nephews, relatives, and friends.

The Service will be Saturday at 1 P.M. in the Chapel of Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
