Tracy Renee Maddox passed away Sunday.

She was born to the late Mr. John Willie and Virginia Maddox.  

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Victor Maddox.

She was a 1983 graduate of LaGrange High School and a 1989 graduate of LaGrange College; and was a thirty-one-year career educator who loved her students and loved teaching. 

She spent most of her teaching years at Ethel Knight Elementary School.  

Tracy also loved tutoring and mentoring with AGCAO (Adapted Growth & Cultural Advancement Organization). 

Tracy was very knowledgeable about natural health, and she had a passion for sharing her knowledge. 

She was a devoted member of Word of Grace Christian Center.   

Tracy is survived by: son, Nigel Maddox, LaGrange, Georgia; brothers:  Willie Keith Maddox (Cassandra), Fayetteville, Georgia; Leo Maddox, LaGrange, Georgia; aunt, Marie Bruce, LaGrange, Georgia; uncles:  Thomas Maddox (Lizzie), George Maddox, both of LaGrange, Georgia; Sam Smith, Fairburn, Georgia; nieces and nephews; and special friends.

The Service will be Saturday at 11 A.M. at Word of Grace.

The excellent care of Ms. Maddox is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
