Mr. Charlie Fred Blackmon passed away Friday at Wellstar Keenestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia.

He was born Wednesday, May 31, 1950, in Troup County, Georgia to the late Walter Blackmon and Mary Blackmon.

He graduated from Ethel W. Kight High School, Class of 1969; united with Mt. Beulah; and was previously employed by West Point Pepperrell.

Survivors include his brother, Willie Blackmon; sister, Catherine B. Edmondson, both of LaGrange, Georgia; Sally Lou Lindsey, Atlanta, Georgia; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The Service will be Friday at 1 P.M. in the Chapel of Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home. The excellent care of Mr. Blackmon is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
