Ms. Teresa McGhee passed away Wednesday.

She was born on March 8, 1964, in Troup County, Georgia to the late John and Emma McGhee.

She was a 1982, graduate of LaGrange High School, and LaGrange College.

Teresa was a faithful member of First Baptist Church and retired from Franklin Forest Elementary School as a Media Specialist.

Survivors include her daughter/niece, Hope McGhee; brothers:  John McGhee III, Thomas McGhee, Eric (Candace) McGhee Sr., and Render Potts; sister-in-law, Tammy McGhee; aunts:  Bertha (JC) Stargell, Hattie (Eddie) Ellington, Beatrice Harvell and Mary Daniel; uncles:  Jimmie (Nina) McClendon, Robert (Pearl) McClendon; and an array of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.   

The Service will be Tuesday at 2 P.M. at First Baptist Church, Fannin Street.

The excellent care of Ms. McGhee is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
