Ms. Bobbie Jean Smith passed away Monday.

She was born Aug. 19, 1949, in Troup County, Georgia to the late Allen and Mary Willie Smith.

Bobbie Jean confessed Christ at an early age at Mt. Beulah Baptist Church in LaGrange, Georgia; graduated from Ethel W. Kight High School, Class of 1968; and went on to become a Dietician at the LaGrange Nursing and Rehab Center before retiring from Interface Flooring. 

Survivors include  her daughter, Danna Smith of LaGrange, Georgia; sister, Geneva Hurston, Atlanta, Georgia; brother, Gurson Smith of LaGrange, Georgia; brother-in-law, Nelson Copeland, Jr. of LaGrange, Georgia; and a host nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The Service will be Saturday at 1 P.M. at Thankful Baptist Church.

The excellent care of Ms. Smith is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
