Marcus Wayne Hawkins, 64, of Roanoke, AL went to be with the Lord on Tuesday Nov. 21, 2023.

Marcus was born July 18, 1959, in LaGrange, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ellen, Annette McCann Hawkins;

He is survived by his wife, Eva White Hawkins; son, John Wayne Hawkins; father, Lavelle Hawkins; siblings, Rev. Mike (Susan) Hawkins, Katherine (Brent) Bullington, Renee (Stacy) Hawkins Stevens, Jeanine (Bobby) Hawkins, step-children, Patricia Hester, Amanda White and Valerie Lee; various other nieces, nephews and relatives. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2 P.M Saturday, Dec. 2, 2022, in at Long Cane Baptist Church in LaGrange, Georgia with the Rev. Danny Jeter officiating. 

A private family interment will be held at Wehadkee Primitive Baptist Church in Rock Mills, AL prior to the service.
