Mrs. Sandra W. Dennis, adored mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Hospice LaGrange. Mrs. Dennis was born in Troup County January 5, 1942 to the late Mr.  & Mrs. Ellie Ray Wilder. She was a member of Callaway Baptist Church and retired from LaGrange College with over 40 years of service. Mrs. Dennis was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Dennis; daughter, Dawn Dennis LaCombe; sister, Anne Wilder; and brothers, Bobby Wilder and Harold Wilder.

Survivors include her son, Trae Dennis; grandsons, J.D. Dennis and Jackson Dennis as well as a host of other beloved relatives and friends. The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to LaGrange College, 601 Broad Street, LaGrange, Georgia in Mrs. Dennis’ memory.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
