Brenda Gail Fincher Hearn, age 76, of LaGrange, passed away on august 1, 2024. She was born on June 8, 1948 to the late Tom L Fincher and Lucile Gillenwater Fincher in LaGrange, Georgia. She was a devoted Christian with unwavering faith.

Survivors include her husband, Glenn Hearn; daughter, Christy Wreyford; brother, Jerry Fincher (Brenda); grandchildren, Madison Wreyford Parks (Drew), Carson Wreyford, Morgan Wreyford; great-grandchildren, Jordan Parks, and Liam Parks; sister-in-law, Jackie Walker; nieces and nephews; extended family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Fincher, and her son-in-law, Mike Wreyford.

Affectionately known as “Lady” by her daughter and grandchildren, Brenda was a cherished figure whose kindness touched many. She dedicated 21 years of her career to Kroger as the Customer Care Manager.

Brenda’s passions were as diverse as they were profound. She had a lifelong love for mathematics. Her home was a testament to her artistic side, with walls filled by her beautiful paintings and detailed drawings. Brenda was also an avid reader, often losing herself in books. Her home library was a sanctuary where she found both solace and inspiration.

A devoted member of Unity Baptist Church, Brenda’s faith was a cornerstone of her life. Her faith was not only a personal refuge but also a source of light and encouragement for those around her.

Brenda Gail Fincher Hearn’s legacy of love, creativity, and unwavering faith will continue to inspire and uplift all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will be cherished, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she loved.

The family will have visitation on Sunday, August 4, 2024 at Unity Baptist Church from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. The service will begin at 3:00 p.m. at the church with Pastor Doug Bingham officiating.
