The LaGrange volleyball team started the Mehgan Smith era in style with a dominant win over Hardaway. The Grangers are 1-0 under their new head coach after winning just six matches all of last season.

The varsity team cleaned out the Hawks, winning the first set 25-9 and the second set 25-10. It was not just the varsity team that started the season in style as the JV team also got a win over the Hawks in straight sets (25-22, 25-17).

The Grangers will return to action next Tuesday at home to Heard County before rematch in the Braves on the road next Thursday.
