From LaGrange Police:

On Thursday, February 13th, 2024, around 7:30 in the morning, officers with the LaGrange Police Department responded to the intersection of New Franklin Road and Ann Bailey Way in reference to a motor vehicle collision.

It was reported that one vehicle was on fire and had an adult and child trapped inside. When officers arrived on the scene, there was no active fire. Many witnesses reported that an unknown male who witnessed the accident exited his truck with a fire extinguisher and put out the fire. A separate unknown male exited his truck and assisted in getting the two occupants out of their vehicle.

Officers were unable to speak to these men due to addressing injuries from the crash, but would like to thank them for their selfless acts of bravery during this incident.
