Vehicle struck by gunfire near LHS

On March 30 at approximately 1:49 a.m., officers from Lagrange Police Department responded to the area of 816 New Franklin Road in reference to several shots having been fired in the area.
While enroute to the area Police were also called to the area of LaGrange High School in reference to an occupied vehicle having been struck by gunfire.
Contact was made with three victims and it was found that their vehicle had been struck at least once by the gunfire.
Police at the scene at 816 New Franklin Road, found the establishment was now empty and several spent shell casings were located in the roadway.
The Criminal Investigations Division responded to the scene and during the subsequent investigation it was learned that Marcus Linder was responsible for firing at the victims in this incident.
No one was seriously injured at this time. Marcus Linder currently has active warrants for his arrest for this incident.
The Lagrange Police Department Criminal Investigations Division responded and is investigating the incident.
