The LaGrange boys soccer season reached its conclusion on Friday with a tough 2-1 loss to Oconee County.
The Warriors scored a goal in the first half before adding a second in the second half.
LaGrange eventually found the back of the net with a goal from Aidan Collins with eight minutes left to go in the game. Bruce Martinez got an assist on the play.
It was too little too late for the Grangers, who huffed and puffed but could not find the tying goal to extend the game.
Asher Raley started in goal for the Grangers.
LaGrange will say goodbye to three seniors — Collins, Jorge Roblero, and Danier Perez. Collins was the only senior that started on the team and he will be applying his craft at the University of Mobile starting in the fall.
