Citizens should be aware of several traffic control changes during the upcoming 2025 high school graduation ceremonies in the area of Callaway Stadium.

Dallis Street will be closed from Panther Way/Forrest Avenue to Elm Street during every graduation ceremony. The street will close 90 minutes before the beginning of each ceremony and will remain closed until 30 minutes after each ceremony ends.

The Dallis Street entrance and exit of the Callaway Auditorium parking lot will also be closed during these times. Spectators who wish to park in this area will be required to enter and exit the parking lot from Panther Way.

Additionally, the Callaway Stadium visitor’s side parking lot will be accessible only from the Forrest Avenue entrance/exit.

Parked vehicles blocking driveways or left in no parking areas are subject to being towed at the owners expense without prior notice.
