On June 14, 2025, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Officers responded to the 119th block of Old Airport Road, in regard to a report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival contact was made with a male victim. The victim stated around 1:45 a.m., he left his apartment to gather an item from his vehicle, which was in the parking lot in front of his building. He stated as he approached his vehicle he was met by two unknown black male subjects who were fully covered wearing camouflage hoodies and dark colored jeans. The victim also stated one of the subjects pointed an unknown type firearm towards him and demanded cash. He gave the subjects an undisclosed amount of cash and the two subjects took flight on foot towards the wooded area behind the apartments.
