Johnnie L. Adams (Bean Pole) died Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the Pruitt Nursing Home.
A native of Roanoke, Alabama, he was the son of the late Clarence and Zula Domain Adams.
He received his education at East Depot High School. He was a skilled mechanic and held employment at Polk Chevy and Company for over 30 years.
Johnnie was preceded in death by his wife of over 28 years, Hattie Gray Adams, his parents, paternal grandparents, Robert and Lottie Adams, sister, Clara Middlebrooks, sister in laws, Gwendolyn Gray and Thelma Kimbrough and beautiful daughters. Gina, Chantrist and Tiffany, several grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, his sister,Elizabeth Edwards, sisters and brothers in law and several other relatives and friends.
