Fall Registration is now open at Lafayette Society for Performing Arts.

Lafayette Society for Performing Arts offers a full season of exceptional classes in theatre, dance, and music. Whether your child dreams of the stage, the studio, or the spotlight, there’s a place for them to grow, explore, and shine this fall.

Lafayette Theatre Academy

Open to students in 1st–12th grade, Theatre Academy helps young performers build creativity, confidence, and communication skills through high-energy, hands-on theatre training.
Creative Dramatics (1st–3rd & 4th–6th) meets on Tuesdays and focuses on imagination, storytelling, and stage play. Students explore puppetry, pantomime, improv, monologues, and more—culminating in a spring stage performance.
Academy Acting Ensemble (7th–8th & 9th–12th) meets on Mondays and offers deeper training in acting, scene work, character development, and audition techniques—plus a chance to perform in our full production of Puffs.

Lafayette Center for Dance & Lafayette Ballet Company

Open to students ages 3 through 12th grade, our dance program trains dancers in ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary with a focus on discipline, artistry, and joy.
Ballet class placement is based on ability and requires an audition.
Qualified dancers may also audition for Lafayette Ballet Company, our pre-professional performance ensemble known for stunning seasonal productions.

Young Singers of West Georgia

For vocalists in 3rd–12th grade, this audition-based choral program offers the opportunity to develop strong vocal technique, musicality, and stage presence in a supportive, high-level ensemble.
Audition required for placement.
Performances throughout the year include concerts and community events that build confidence and connection through music.
Whether your child wants to act, dance, or sing—or all three—LSPA provides a place where passion and performance come to life.
