The basketball courts were quiet on Tuesday night.
The teams from Callaway, LaGrange, Troup and Lafayette Christian School each had games scheduled for Tuesday, but they were postponed because of the winter weather.
LaGrange High was supposed to host Alexander on Tuesday, and those games will be played on Feb. 8 instead.
Callaway’s teams were scheduled to play home games on Tuesday against Jackson, and those games will also be played on Feb. 8.
Troup was going to be on the road on Tuesday against Carrollton, and those games will be made up at a later date.
Lafayette Christian School’s teams were supposed to visit Oak Mountain on Tuesday, and the teams from LaGrange Academy and Dawson Street Christian School didn’t have games scheduled for Tuesday.
The local teams will be back in action later this week.
In private-school basketball, Dawson Street will host Solid Rock on Friday, and LaGrange Academy will welcome Griffin Christian on Friday.
On Thursday, Lafayette Christian is scheduled to visit Lithia Springs Christian.
On the public-school level, Callaway, LaGrange and Troup will each be back on the court on Friday, and they’ll all be on the road.
LaGrange is at Fayette County, Troup will visit Columbus, and Callaway travels to Haralson County.
