FRANKLIN — A 29-year-old man was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with murdering a Huntsville, Alabama, man and leaving his body in southern Heard County.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Heard County Sheriff’s Office have charged Dimitri M. Jackson with the murder of 38-year-old Antonio “Tony” Moore, according to a GBI press release.
