Event to outline Troup County economy and its impact

LaGRANGE — A presentation about the local economy is set for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the LaGrange-Troup County Chamber of Commerce on Bull Street.
The presentation was prepared by F.L.I. Properties’ division of Builder Services and Development and will offer an “in-depth study of Troup County’s economy,” according to a statement from the company.
“This study incorporates job creation, population, single family new construction, apartment units, home ownership, demographics, schools, spending habits of residents, commercial development and how these trends may affect you,” the statement reads.
A reception kicks off the event at 5:30 p.m. with the presentation starting at 6 p.m. It is free and open to the public, but space is limited and participants should reserve a spot by emailing Support@FLIproperties.net with their name, phone number and community or company involvement for each participant.
A public discussion will follow the presentation.
