LaGrange College will host an open house at its newly renovated West Side building, 301 Forrest Ave., from 4 to 6 p.m. West Side is the new home of the college’s music and nursing programs.

New Community Church hosts Career Connect, a free job search assistance and networking event, at 5:30 p.m. with representatives from local staffing agencies, colleges, businesses and industries.
