Marco Rubio will be the next president of the United States. Here are the many reasons why this is true.

First, the establishment, status quo, Washington Republicans will put all their support to back Rubio. We know that Jeb Bush’s wealthy supporters will give all of their millions to Rubio. Others will join them.

Trump and Cruz are so disliked by the establishment Republicans that they can’t win. The Mitch McConnell Republicans still have the political muscle to turn things their way. They will do whatever it takes to hurt Trump and Cruz. The McConnellites want a candidate they can control. Rubio is their man.

Clinton will be the Democratic nominee. Although she may be the best qualified to be president, most American’s don’t want another Clinton in the White House. The only way she can win is to get an inordinate amount of the African-American, Asian, Hispanic and progressive American votes. I don’t think she can do that.

I don’t think most Republicans really like Rubio. They will support him because, in their view, he is the least offensive candidate. They know that Rubio will never be a Ronald Reagan. Reagan was a leader, while Rubio is a follower. Rubio will do the bidding of the Republican elites.

Rubio will win because in the end, Americans don’t want real change. They claim they want change; however, they only talk the talk. When push comes to shove, they will settle for mediocrity.

Like you, I love America very much, but I am very pessimistic about “President” Rubio. He doesn’t have the intestinal fortitude to make significant change so desperately needed.

The major problem in America is that we will soon be $20 trillion in debt. If this continues then our government will eventually file for bankruptcy. “President” Rubio will do absolutely nothing to deal with this problem.

Another problem is that most of the tax money you send to Washington is wasted, according to the National Taxpayer’s Union. Rubio will not aggressively deal with this problem. We don’t need higher taxes. Instead, we need political leaders, Republicans and Democrats, who will better manage tax revenues they receive from you and me.

Most Americans, as reported in USA Today, have less than $1,000 in savings. We are talking about millions of people. What is going to happen to them as they enter retirement years? Again, I don’t think Rubio can effectively deal with this.

This country desperately needs a strong, aggressive, hands-on president. In Rubio we will not get this. Nevertheless, he will be our president. The only thing we can do is pray a lot.
