Fishing tournament to benefit Emmaus Shelter

The second Annual Fishing Tournament benefiting The Emmaus Shelter in memory of Jimmy Edge is set for Saturday, May 21, on West Point Lake at Highland Marina. Blast off is at safe light with the first weigh in at 3 p.m. A first place prize is guaranteed for $1,200. Contact Ken Bearden at 706-884-0494 or at Highland Marina in person. Registration is $110. Pay Out is 1 in 7 boats. Plaques for first through fourth and Big Fish. Highland Team Trail rules apply. There also will be a Yeti cooler raffle with tickets $10 each, available at Highland Marina, Emma’s Attic at 206 Broome Street and Crockett Brothers.
