Events: Jefferson Street Market featuring local wares and produce is 9:30 a.m. to noon at 625 Jefferson St.

Meetings: Self Help Harbor, 909 Stonewall St., hosts AA meetings 10:30 a.m. for women, 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Events: The West Georgia Veterans Council invites families and individuals to help place flag on veterans’ graves at Meadoway Gardens, Southview, Hillview and Shadowlawn cemeteries. Flags available at each cemetery starting at 1 p.m.

Meetings: Self Help Harbor, 909 Stonewall St., hosts AA meetings at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Celebrate Recovery, a faith-based recovery program, meets at 3 p.m. at Hogansville First Baptist Church.

Churches: Solomon Grove Missionary Baptist Church Missionary Board will observe their 90th Anniversary at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. Reginald Wade, pastor of Springfield Baptist Church in Hogansville, will be the guest speaker.

Union Chapel United Methodist Church hosts its Women’s Day program at 2:30 p.m. with guest speaker minister Sharon Wilkes of Rocky Mount Bethel Baptist Church in Luthersville.

Callaway Baptist Church hosts discipleship training, youth and children’s classes at 5 p.m.

Uplifting Your Faith Ministries, 104 Youngs Mill Road, hosts spiritual counseling/healing at 5 p.m. with Bishop R.L. Darden.

Stovall Baptist Church, 14 Hardy St. in Greenville, hosts 5th Sunday Night Singing at 6 p.m. featuring The Master’s Touch. Fellowship meal afterward. 706-882-2386

First United Methodist Church of Pine Mountain hosts a fifth Sunday singing at 6:30 p.m.

Monday

Events: The West Georgia Veterans Council hosts a Memorial Day service at 11 a.m. at Southview Cemetery, 1421 Hamilton Road. LaGrange Public Safety Chief Lou Dekmar is the featured speaker. The service will be followed by members laying a wreath on the grave of Staff Sgt. Hammett L. Bowen Jr. at Restlawn Memory Gardens, 2098 Mooty Bridge Road.

Exhibits

Legacy Museum on Main, 136 Main St. in LaGrange, hosts the exhibit Lifting More Voices: Early Troup County Black History through Sept. 16. The museum is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday and usually the first and third Saturdays of each month from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. To check Saturday openings or schedule a group visit, call 706-884-1828.
