Pantherpalooza activities mark LC’s homecoming weekend

Michael Barcena from Miami, Fla., and Meagan Cascone from Dallas, Ga., were crowned 2016 homecoming king and queen during halftime of the football game against Ferrum College.
Ella Weymiller from Savannah takes her best shot during the Smash Out ALS event hosted Saturday in the tailgate area by Alpha Delta Gamma and Phi Mu to raise funds for ALS research. For $1, participants earned three swings with a sledgehammer at a junk car.
General Lafayette (aka local storyteller Carol Cain) and the Panthers’ mascot, Pouncer, welcome guests to the concert Friday night at Sweetland Amphitheater at Boyd Park.
