Mrs. Judith Janell Nixon, 75, of LaGrange passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016. She was born August 15, 1941 in LaGrange, the loving daughter of Holly Parmer and Ina Lou Hill Parmer. Judith was the owner and operator of Parmer café for many years.
