Firefighters receive promotions

LaGRANGE – Three firefighters will soon take on additional responsibilities in new leadership roles within the LaGrange Fire Department.
The firefighters were promoted during a special ceremony on Wednesday inside the city council chambers.
Sgt. Mike Cosmah was promoted to the rank of lieutenant, Dennis Kilgore will now have the title of sergeant and Lt. Chad Dallas was promoted to captain.
The firefighters went through the promotional process in fall of 2016.
