Royice L. Willis passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Willis was born August 31, 1937 in Chambers County, AL to the Karie(Sr.) and Annie Ruth Putmon. He was of the Baptist faith.  Mr. Willis was a US Army veteran.

He retired from Smokey Craft Boat Company with many years of service.

Survivors include: his wife, Christine Willis; daughter, Dr. Patricia W. Singleton; son, Deon Willis; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers, Arthur Putmon, Carl Putmon; three sisters, Thelma (Eddie) Jones, Laverne(Albert)Elmore, Minnie(John)Burts and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Homegoing Celebration Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday February 17, 2017 at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, LaGrange, GA with Apostle L. Trammell serving as the eulogist.  Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery.
