CEDARTOWN – The red-hot LaGrange Grangers made it six in a row with an 11-3 road win over Cedartown on Thursday.
The Grangers (14-7 overall) remained in first place in Region 5-AAAA with a 6-1 record.
LaGrange has been swinging the bat better than anyone else in the region, and that didn’t change on Thursday.

Willis Kemp and Hunter Plant also had home runs for the Grangers, who have scored 59 runs in their past six games.
Anderson had a monster game for the Grangers.
The senior was 4-for-4 with a double and three two-run home runs.
Kemp added a two-run home run, and Plant had a solo shot.
Champ Willis had two hits and an RBI, Cole Freeman had a double, and Charles Crawford and Matt Anderson each had a hit.
Ben Anderson pitched all five innings and was the winning pitcher.
