Minnie Kate Hardy

Minnie Kate Hardy passed away Tuesday.
She was born June 19, 1939 in Chambers County, Alabama to the late Tom Reed and Willie L. Reed.
Minnie attended Mt Beulah Elementary School. She was employed with Milliken and retired after 28 years of dedicated service.
Survivors include her husband, Charlie L. Hardy; her children, Vivian Q. Hardy, Melvin J. Hardy, Bobby L. Hardy (Cynthia), Lester L. Hardy (Amelia), Nathaniel L. Hardy (Eva), Don C. Hardy (Betty); her brother, Willie Joe Reed; 21 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews; special friend, Janice O’Neil, and other relatives and friends.
The Celebration of Life Service will be Monday at 3:30 at Mt. Beulah Baptist Church. Pastor W. C. Thornton will officiate. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery.
