The LaGrange Grangers went 1-1 on their Florida swing.

After beating Somerset (Ky.) 12-2 on Tuesday, LaGrange returned to the field later in the day and lost to Pace (Fla.) in nine innings.

Both games were played in Milton, Fla. at the home of Pace High.

The Grangers (15-8), who had won seven straight games before falling to Pace, will return to their home state on Thursday to play Hillgrove, and they’ll be at Loganville on Saturday before resuming Region 5-AAAA play next week.

The Grangers were supposed to play on Monday, but the game was postponed because of weather, so they ended up playing twice on Tuesday.

In the first game, LaGrange reached double digits in runs for the third consecutive game in beating Somerset 12-2.
